A delegation flew to Qatar for the first time and I felt the need to create a live installation that appeals to them in a plea for help - the irony of a plea to an enemy country - but for the sake of returning the hostages - everything is allowed. The live installation itself is a lifebuoy with the symbol of Qatar as part of the wheel.
